The Brief

Our brief was to instill a personality onto the sub-division and help people to visualise living within this new dynamic community. The section sizes were small but had an additional garden allotment by the river. The benefits of this different style of living needed to be clearly communicated.

The Process

A fantastic photographer, a local modelling family, a jet boat and a helicopter... and we have the start of the dream! Then add nine architecturally designed house plans which are perfect for the small sections. Top it off with some clever copywriting and deliver it through a sharp looking brochure and a website with an interactive site map.

The Result

Probably one of Queenstown's biggest success stories. The sections sold, and then on sold. The value of them went up and up, partially due to the vision that was promised from the onset. What we are buying with land, is often a dream of what we can make it.
